The disappearance of Nicola Bulley

This whole thing has been a huge circus, and a totally horrible mess.
The police will have a lot to answer for as well. Not being able to find a body in a relatively calm river, with a team of specialised divers on board, and she's found 3 weeks later (probably after the decomposing gasses in her body have made her body buoyant) less than a mile from the entry point.

I don't really think the police could have done much more in terms of the search, with the info and resources they had at the time.

The whole thing around sharing the info about her alcoholism and depression to the public - yeah I imagine they're going to be in a bit of trouble over that.

I don't think you understand anything about searching a river. I don't blame you, this expert has got people believing if you don't find people within the hour then they arent there...

My mistake was assuming that people commenting on the subject would have actually taken an interest in the details of the case, my bad.
Ironic:

Have the police searched the area?

Was the dog wet?

They are all the polices theories

You've spent the entire thread falsely claiming that the police only had one theory and had completely disregarded any other possibility. Now that their main hypothesis was correct, you're changing your tune to say you were just going along with their various theories. Which is yet another fabrication, because they've maintained throughout that it was a missing person investigation and that there was no indication she had left with anyone else.

Perhaps instead of parroting GB News and Jeremy Kyle, you should have been paying more attention to what information the police were providing and listening to the people on here who know quite a bit more about how these things work than you do.

Anyway, RIP Nicola Bulley. What a truly despicable thing society has done to your love ones' memory of you.

Out of interest what did she do?
Well last night, despite pleas for privacy, her and a fellow reporter were trying contact the family after the body had been found and her whole approach has been ghoulish. retracing Nicola’s final steps along the river, doing interviews where she went missing and this morning she was reporting from the local graveyard ffs!

Have you been watching her?

unless there is suspected foul play you'll probably have to wait for the inquest

Well I think I may have found a suspect.

A spiritual medium found the body of mother-of-two Nicola Bulley in the River Wyre.

Jason Rothwell, 33, was seen in pictures pointing to the waters where Lancashire Police massed yesterday afternoon.

He and his friend, who MailOnline have cross-referenced to their social media presence, spoke to police who later retrieved the body.

I'm not sure if you know much about the woman, and I use the term woman loosely. We all know how bad the British media are, but she sits right at the top of the tree.
No matter what's going on, you can guarantee she's on the scene spitting out her venomous poison. There's no limits to how far she'll go to get a scoop, and she twists people's words to make something from nothing.

If someone said Nicola was seen carrying a childs bag, she'd be at the local primary school the next day with her camera crew interviewing everyone.

Switch on sky news during the coronation and I guarantee you'll see more of her than the king!
