Emma premium V Simba Hybrid?

How are we 20 posts into a mattress thread without anyone mentioning John Ryan by Design? heavily recommended on the larger mattress thread wherever it is, that's what we have and it has been great. Just about to pull the trigger on a second mattress from them for my daughter. Their customer service and mattress advice is great too.

Eve sleep owner here, paid circa £6-700 (can't remember) DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.. 3-4 years on, utter waste of time.
We bought a Simba and was great for a few months, instantly fixed my sore back.

6 months later......in pain again. It super dipped, was rotating etc..... as they said to.

Now I have a pillow under it to lift it up.

Missus didn't mind it, so I never sent it back, just after the 1 year return she was in pain..... doh!

Don't buy Simba

We've had a Emma Premium since early December. Happy with it so far, no signs of sinking.

I'm most interested to see how it holds up to high temperatures in the summer: will it just get uncomfortably hot?

We had to go for a mattress that arrived in a box if we wanted superking size, as king-size is the absolute limit of what will go up the stairs. Not sure how we'll ever remove it tbh :D

We had a Tempur for 10 years. Replaced it with the most expensive king simba sold. It lasted a month before we returned it and bought another Tempur.

Another vote for Tempur here. We have 3 (different rooms!) our main superking was about 4.5k so expensive but totally worth it for comfort.

We have a Simba Hybrid.

Ordered in 2019 for £599. Replaced in 2022 under warranty due to dipping. New one seems to be better quality but I'd not want to pay current prices for standard hybrid mattress.

It's comfortable enough but there will be much better out there.

We've got a super king Simba Hybrid, and whilst it is a nice mattress I does feel like it is starting to dip (I can definitely feel a raised bit in the middle of the bed) so when I change the sheets this week and do the usual mattress turn i'm going to take a closer look. Is there some sort of tolerance they accept with things like this or is it a case of if you can clearly show its dipped it can go back? We've had it 5 months.

I paid £550 for my Simba Hybrid, it's been perfect for me. Super comfortable, doesn't get too hot. I couldn't find a better alternative at the time for the same money, mattress reviews are the biggest load of crap I have ever witnessed.

I travel a lot for work, in a mix ranging of fairly luxury hotels to brand new premier inns, I'm yet to come across a mattress comfier than my own.

I've rotated as per their guidelines and it's got no dipping at all, still feels new almost 1 year on. Their support seemed good from when I checked in with them with a couple of questions.

Would I go back and change if I had the chance? Definitely not.

They have a tolerance yes :)

They have a tolerance yes :)
Could it not just be returned under their no quibble 200- night sleep trial guarantee too?

Just hitting the 4th year of ownership of a simba hybrid, no sign of the sagging or dipping at all yet, there's also often a third in the bed, nothing naughty, just our 5 year old who wanders in often in the early morning hours.

We do rotate it often, every 3-6 months or so - you can also do the 100 night risk free trial, if unhappy for any reason, just return for a full refund.

Their customer support is good as well, we ripped the cover while being a bit too forceful after washing it and putting it back on, we reached out for the cost of a new cover, they sent us an entirely new mattress for free and collected the old one.
