People have affairs no big deal there but This Morning has a wholesome image wouldn't want to be associated with it. Him coming out as gay surprised me as he has kids but again it's not a crime to be gay, i felt sorry for his family that he deceived all those years. If he really has known the younger man since 10/11/12 then you have to suspect grooming.

i think it's of interest because schofield is sitting there having dinner or something with a young man that looks like he could be a third of his age or be his grandfather, maybe the insinuation is that it's the person he was having it off with, i could be wrong though.

I think it was Jack Jones that caught him on a dinner date with young McGreevey who the affair was with, the same one he knew since 10 years old, the very same he got a job as a runner on this morning.

yeh it's not the age gap so much it's the fact that he's known him since so young and being in a position of relative power etc was obviously able to open doors for him and in return got nookie lol

This is why people are reminded not to mingle with work colleagues or anyone a lot younger than you.

It eventually bites you in the bum. This certainly won’t be the last, it will happen with another star. Doors still open.

The creepy thing about it imo (and maybe creepy isn't the right word) is the fact it wasn't just an affair; it was that he had an affair and came out as gay. I.e. biologically uninterested in this poor lass you've strung along for decades. Not the fact in itself of gayness...
 
When this is all done and dusted he will end up having to move to New Zealand or something like Barrymore. His face is so recognisable. As a kid growing up in the 90's he seemed a decent chap but as he got older he just couldn't hide in the closet anymore.
