The 90hz screen on the 7 is appreciably better, 60hz makes the 7a feel slow.

Precisely.7a has 90hz too
And with the £360 Three deal you have to take out a SIM contract too - you can't just buy the phone on its own (I think).
When I bought it in store they charged me £360 and only made me buy a £10 ,PAYG SIM.Correct. I rang them to ask

Maybe that offer has gone now.

Yep not sure why I was thinking of the 6a.
The 7 is 445 on Amazon prime day.

Pixel 7a bundle - Amazon Prime Day Deal
There's a Pixel 7a bundle on Amazon Prime day. Only £45 less than than the Pixel 7, but it includes a charger and a gel case too. I always buy a gel case for my phones, so if the 7a doesn't come with one in the original package then it's a bit of a saving.
The 7 is a higher spec phone and is a good deal at £445. But I like the smaller dimensions of the 7a, and the bundle deal including the gel case is closer to the £350 target I had for getting a 7a. Decisions, decisions...
I have a student code if you want to order from BT Shop. That puts the 7a at £329.
I've just pulled the trigger on the 7a. £9 upfront and £19.99 for 24 months for 50gb data on ID mobile. Should hopefully get £65 cashback too, so that would be £424 over the course of the contract.
That's only a smidge more than the phone is worth, so definitely cheaper than buying these handset and finding a sim only deal to go withdraw it. I'm paying £13.50 sim only with EE at the moment so it's only a little bump in monthly costs![]()
Thanks for the offer, but something seems a bit dodgy about 'BT Shop'. It doesn't seem to actually be BT, and links to it now just seem to go to EE. The £329 deal seems OK, but has anyone on here actually bought a phone from them?
I must admit, I've been thinking the same. I'm currently paying £17 on a SIM only deal, so £19.99 with the phone included seems a bit of a no-brainer. I'm on O2 at the moment, so should be able tom port my number across with a PAC code. How did you get the cashback?
What are people's thoughts/experiences of IDMobile?
BT own EE.
I've ordered many times from them.
Don't forget to factor in your 2 in contract CPI price increase to your contracts, could be quite a lot like this year nearly 10%.
I used Topcashback and bought the deal through carphone warehouse.
Never used ID mobile before, so I'm a bit concerned about the lack of coverage compared to EE, but EE were silly money in comparison so I thought I'd give them a go.
But in any case, the £329 offer seems to have disappeared.
Thanks for that. Can you DM me the code? Its still valid, you need a student code, which I have if you want it.
The Google Pixel 7 is available on O2 Refresh for £396 which is a very decent deal.
no point when you can get a pixel 7 128gb model on amazon for under £450They are £399 direct from Google right now.
