Managers have been sacked for better runs
Pretty painful to watch but feels like an element of bad luck also. That Nacho cross that hit two defenders and went wide ! Still it needs to be better and the match epitaph will be Maguire playing it off his own player for a throw at the end.

Always happens with City. They look completely dominant and win every game, then suddenly out of nowhere, they **** the bed
It's the attitude of the past 10 years thinking they can just rock up and get a result because "we're Man Utd innit". Can't see any sort of respect for the game from the players, the urgency is only ever there for the last 5 minutes it seems. Always too late. Heads are easy to drop. Discipline is almost alien. The recruitment, I really just cba talking about that. The contract renewals.... hh man, is there anything this club has done right since Fergie retired?!?!
Well he got his contract didn't he. Now that scapegoat #1 isn't bothering anymore to even jog around a bit and pass sideways, we have scapegoat #2 in a starring role doing the usual "can't see a pass in a 100 years". Talk about waste of money, it's criminal that those two are taking so much when you have a teenager and a 21 year-old that are showing more hunger and desire.

Struggle to score goals?
Score the same amount as Brentford and 3 more than Fulham.
I wonder if buying a proven goal scorer would help? Kane? Osimhen?
Nah, lets buy a lad who got 9 goals last season and wonder why we can’t score goals.
Been as well buying Maupay rack up the xG and wonder why you can’t score.
Well wasnt really a prediction, merely me saying that if any club is capable of doing a 100% season its City. I still believe that they are the only club capable of doing a 100% seasonPep out

Yeah I can't think of any players that have done well in Holland then moved to PL and struggled.

Why should this team be beating Palace? Palace are a good side they just don't have as much depth as Man Utd.
A big part of the problem with Man Utd is the feeling that they deserve success based on their name alone. This isn't Man Utd under Ferguson and the players need to realise they need to work to beat any side in the Premier League.

I guess I see the logic in that and Gakpo holds the ball a bit better. If I'm concerned about anything its Gomez at right back as I feel thats a defensive error waiting to happen but not much choice currently
Palace are a good side however Utd had 77% possession and 19 shots, should be taking the chances and winning games.
But lack of goals is a major problem and has been for a long time, even when doing well we are not on GD of top sides.
Van Nistelrooy and Van Persie were not to shabby.
