Harry Kane? You offer Spurs £130m for him they accept it.

The same amount gets you osimhen. Even though their owner is the Italian Levy, that get you him.

Either on of them as the sole summer signing > the same amount of Onana/Mount/Hoj, you could then go back for Hoj next summer.

Fergie done it a few times, just get that one player that you need. Done it in his final season with RvP.

Klopp done the same, push the boat out and get VvD.

Pep goes for it as well, Haaland.

Utd fanny around and buy several cheaper players rather than the player they need.

Yeah it wasnt a difficult enough chance for Nunez, has to be a 4/10 chance of scoring or lower for him to whack it in. He bores of easy chances :)

We couldn't afford either Kane or Osimhein (and no way Napoli were accepting 130m) Levy didn't want to sell to us at all, if we bid 130m he would have just sold him to Bayern, just like he did with Modric to Real.
 
Awesome result for Wolves. Hope City aren't quite as on the ball since doing the treble, we could literally have a 4 way title chase.

I‘m not buying it.

You could have spent £180m on him then.

The 3 of their wages, i’m assuming would be more or less the same as what either would get?

He's quick, he's just not as quick as Nunez. They have very different skillets. So far we've bossed possession (or at least dangerous possession) and a large part of that is down to Gakpo tucking in and occupying their midfielders. Yes, Nunez may well have got to that, but without Gakpo on the pitch we don't know what else may or may not have happened
