Covering CCTV holes on Facia

Buy some of those fake CCTV “security” lights and be done with it?

You could probably even buy some old used analog cameras for a pittance and just throw them up.

have to ask how high are these facias? i was assuming 2 storey, silicone would be the answer but if you have plenty of access and can be bothered you could always use filler and prime and paint:). most people wouldnt be bothered if they spotted silicone.

Yep 2nd storey, that’s too fancy hahah

Expanding foam?

Yuck

Would something like these work?

That’s perfect thank you

Not a bad idea wonder if Screwfix do them
I've thought long and hard and a full house rebuild is all you can do really.
Nah we’re selling this

That's quite a sizeable hole for a single cat5 cable? Only realising this as I've been doing cable runs and managed to squeeze through 9 cat6 cables through a 25mm hole.

For a quick fix for I would just get some thin plastic sheet, cut to size and stick over with a small amount of silicone or other suitable glue.

If you needed UV resistance for years then you need to choose a UV stable plastic, but for selling something like white plasticard which is sold down to 0.25mm and 0.5mm thicknesses is ideal as it won't show much and you can cut with scissors.
