It's like everyone is desparate for games to be poop from the outset - "See, I told you it would be poop" as if to show how clever they are.

STALKER was known for being difficult, frustrating and a bit buggy. Sounds like they've just remastered the first game - good

Yeah there's a couple of strange characters on here who are like that, they seem to enjoy the "I told you so" stuff more than a healthy amount, does make me laugh

Just launched on SX, playing on performance and it seems pretty solid, at least in the first section

Well someone said they started downloading at ~3pm on gamepass, I guess it was later for steam but still not 4pm.

It's irrelevant I guess but still curious.

Anyone on 3XXX series playing the game? Was worried my 3090 might struggle but just learned I can get frame gen through FSR 3.1 - sweet.

Edit - I'm not far from jumping from 1440p to 4K - just seen some performance charts - damn this is demanding.

yea I restarted s team about 3:45 after someone mentioned game pass and started downloading

Steams giving me 10Mbps less than normal :/
6.8mb/s going to take all day
I really wanna see 7.8mb/s

I tried switching between london and manchester but made no diff... maybe I should find some emi beads or something in a draw and hope for an extra 10kb/s
