David Lynch passes away

Absolutely admire his version of Frank Herbert's Dune despite the production problems...it's very dreamlike in places and outer worldly...I found the three hour fan edit version years ago that is superior to the butchered theatrical version. Made me appreciate it even more.

RIP - got to be wild at heart lula&sailor this is my jacket a statement of my individuality (perhaps the best film he made too.)

I remember falling asleep with Mullholland Drive DVD on ages ago, the menu music kept playing over and over but couldn't be bothered to get up and switch it off

DAMN!

RIP David Lynch :(

Thanks for cherry pies!

Enjoyed watched Twin Peaks: The Return which supposed to be season 3 and the end left in a cliffhanger. I am very sad to hear he passed away, we will never see 1 more and final season of Twin Peaks. :(

Wasn't much for most of his work but Twin Peaks is an absolute all time great show which I'll be watching until the end of my life.

If I had some Cherry Pie I'd be having a slice today in his honour, RIP good sir.

RIP Mr Lynch

I loved his Dune (and I've got a very big book on the making of it to read), and really enjoyed pretty much everything of his I saw, I don't always understand what is going on but enjoy it ;)

He seems to have been a real character and someone who very much had his own view of things and was very good at getting others to help him turn his ideas into reality, often under difficult conditions (some of the stories from behind the scenes of his Dune are really good in their own right).
