Phanteks RMA contact

So my phanteks revolt x 1200 decided to murder suicide itself and my GPU last week. Been trying every email I can find for them to start an rma with no response.

I've even tried the online messaging service on their website.

Anyone have any idea how to get them to respond at all would be much appreciated

I'm actually considering one of their power supplies, so I'm intrerested in the outcome.

I've used the email before, through what ever was listed on their website. Have you given it a few days for a response? I'd imagine something like this needs a considered response on their behalf.

How long has it been since you sent the emails? iirc last time I emailed Phanteks for replacement parts it took around 48 hours for a reply.

OCUK can take up 10 days to reply to web notes during busy periods, maybe its the same for them as well.

Does it mention anything about how long it will take to reply?

Maybe check your spam mail to see if its gone to there instead?

Been checking emails and junk folder every day. I didn't see any response timescales unfortunately.

ive only ever used Phanteks RMA once and ocuk gave me the UK service center email.
it did take then about 48hr to contact me. but that was about 2009

do they even have a UK center anymore

From what I've gathered ocuk are the UK distributor now. I bought it from Currys as I get discount with Currys through work but obviously it came from overclockers. Came with their tape on the box and haribo

Then take it back to curry’s. How long have you had it

12 year warranty on it. Calling Currys was gonna be my next step if I can't get a reply

I would think after 3 years they will say you need to contact them directly but still 100% curry’s should have been your first call

It’s not them, it’s just the company only hold responsible for a set time.

my revolt pro died a while back, if you brought it from ocuk, phanteks told me to contact ocuk and they delt with it. althougth i did email ocuk the email from phanteks with them asking me to contact ocuk ps i emailed the phanteks usa email

Lucky there's a Currys half hour walk from me so I may just walk down there so I can face to face with em. It's amazing how much more compliant people are to help when you're stood in front of them lol
