My slightly more humble attempt tonight:
Home made tomato sauce with some onions and mozzarella.
Looks ok maybe a lil bit overcooked for my tastes but if you like it crispy then go for it

I do like me some pan fried sea bass. Must admit that it would have been accompanied by some chips rather than orzo though.
Have been meaning to bake some cookies since...early DecFresh, homemade, triple choc cookies
might get around to it in Feb

bit o fillet steak with baked chips, mushrooms and onions.. ( I had homemade pepper sauce on the side. )
No idea to make my food look more appealing, so you get what you get
Indian tonight, I went for the usual… Chicken Pathia with Extra Coriander, Plain Rice, Plain Naan and Chilli Sauces.
Being Monday, the main man is in the kitchen so always a superb one!
