Virgin Media Discussion Thread

Does anyone know why (apart from it being not very good) my Hub 5 is not picking up my NAS IP under DHCP? It has every single connected device listed except the NAS. DHCP is enabled in Truenas and the IP is static.
 
So I've come home tonight to no Internet. Rang the helpline which read out some instructions then said thanks for calling and hung up. I heard that virgin customer service wasn't the best, how do I talk to somebody?

Also when the optical cable is connected to the box on the wall I'm assuming I should be able to see a light coming out of it?
 
had an engineer booked for today, but the internet came back on about 4/5 hours after my last post, so I cancelled it last night.
Internet has just gone down for the 3rd time since installation on Feb 17th.
