Someone else has listed the Nitro+ for a tidy £1300 markup, they want £2000 for it, and to top it off the picture they've used is their email confirmation lolThis is why I didn't order the other parts yet. I thought this might happen
More fool them. If the other major retailers have similar stock levels to OCUK, I doubt there's actually going to be a shortage of these cards - just a shortage at MSRP.

This is a first for AMD, non of their previous launches that I'm aware off has ever crashed the store page just through sheer demand.

6800XT was a rough launch, but that was at peak gfx demand during covid

These launches are always the same, you'd think by now OCUK would be able to keep their website up by now. Everyone else is capable of doing it.

I have one in mine, at the correct price as well and when I go to checkout it crashes the same
With way demand and prices are you'd think it was COVID 2.0

I'll never rely on OKUK on launch day again. It's not like its a small concern that can't afford the extra bandwidth.
I think I'm going to give up trying after 42 minutes, twice I was on the checkout and then it was no longer available whilst doing payment.
It would've been lovely if we could have gotten some kind of loyalty pre-order queue for forum members... sadly I don't think that'll ever happen.
I guess I'll try again when I'm buying the rest of my PC parts later on...

Cloud services are there for this sort of thing.... it's a shame its not sorted, and yeah definitely should have tried **** on top.

I'm in the same position, I got the queue page, then got to the cart, and now 504 constantly, now and again it'll load, but it crashes to 504 every time I try to do anything, obviously the queue is allowing too many people on the site still, or it's not protecting it how they thought it would and it's still getting DOS'd
With the wind blowing in the right direction, don't forget that.
