2hrs 10 minutes later ... got to the credit card page, entered my details and approved the purchase with the bank. Then it seemingly went OOS. I've no idea if the order went through and if I'm getting charged.

Was in my Basket at 1.58. 504 refresh all afternoon. Got through Address, Delivery, Payment screen then after almost 2 Hours - Out of stock

I knew somehow they would mess this up again - should have trusted my Gut & went elsewhere after the past fiascos

Same story here - what's the point. 2 hours wasted and a tonne of work to catch up on

Don't keep pressing refresh.
I don't work in IT and I don't host the website, it is not my area of expertise.

I'd suggest everyone gives up for 10-15 minutes and tries again later.

You do work in the GPU selling business though and have much experience of these launches and could have advised IT to belt and brace the system once and for all

finally got thru to checkout after having the powercolour card in basket for nearly 2 hours..only to become out of stock.

So I approved the payment in bank app, the bank app says they took my money, but the Overclockers website gave me an error "braintree.gateway_rejected.duplicate" and sent me back to the first cart page. Tried to checkout again but the next time the page loaded, it shows the card out of stock. Order history page shows no orders. Bank app shows money taken out. What's going on!?

Same. Money out, no order on the website at all.

Well after having the Sapphire in my basket for over 2 hours getting through to payment screens it timed out 7-8 times with putting in my details but timed out then reverted to an out of stock card, i switched up and went for the Asrock Taichi and got through to the order success screen, funds pending removal from my account, now just to wait for the order confirmation email lets see.
