9070xt Reaper. Fans would spin up but no video signal at all. What for and why?
I at least learned that having an iGPU is really helpful for troubleshooting. Swapping GPUs over and over is a massive PITA.

I don't believe you're more likely to get better silicon quality with an ASUS variant compared to any other manufacturer's variant—it's all just a matter of luck.Depends what runs out first power limit or silicone quality!?
It shows X bought today.May I know how you figured out the number of units sold?
Nop, my brother's 7900xtx clocks slightly higher than mine. Same card. Just how it is. Unless you're going for a 3Dmark number it's not an issue.I don't believe you're more likely to get better silicon quality with an ASUS variant compared to any other manufacturer's variant—it's all just a matter of luck.
The 4070 super was the best card of the 40 series when around £550.I was fortunate enough to get my 4070 for £473 last year.

Firefox blocks all kinds of scripts. To be fair I wouldn't bet my mortgage on those figures being accurate anyway.Thank you. For some unknown reason it does not appear my firefox. Cannot figure out what addon is stopping it from working. It appears on Edge though.
The TUF series has used components that are the best, without, over-engineering.
Unless this gen is different the TUF will come out top in pretty much every single engineering comparison, as it has done, for years.
try their warranty services...you will see how great the Asus is.The TUF series has used components that are the best, without, over-engineering.

Yeah i would take them with a pinch of salt but they do tend to be somewhat accurate sometimesFirefox blocks all kinds of scripts. To be fair I wouldn't bet my mortgage on those figures being accurate anyway.
Sorry for the late reply. Havn't had much time to test further but in Assassins Creed Odyssey was getting fps in the low 90's with CPU at 100% but GPU was only around 80% using less than a 100 watts. Edit: Should have mentioned my res. is UW 1440p.Interesting... I have the same setup but not managed to test much yet - where/how are you seeing the btl neck? Was hoping the 12400 would suffice.
Depends on the cards you compare. The basic models have 12 phase and the higher end ones, like the Nitro, have 16 phases. So they are actually 4 phases short. Not sure how many of the other higher models have 16.The TUF is a poor choice IMO. Way over priced.
VRM components are pretty much the same between cards. As I've been looking mainly at XT PCBs, only the 2x8pin models have 2 phases missing, which doesn't seem like a big issue. Cards are basically tiered by their VBIOS for power limit, cooler, etc.
For the idiots among us (me), what does more phases mean?Depends on the cards you compare. The basic models have 12 phase and the higher end ones, like the Nitro, have 16 phases. So they are actually 4 phases short. Not sure how many of the other higher models have 16.
Sapphire range goes:
Pulse: 12 phases
Pure: 14 Phases
Nitro: 16 Phases
