Working fine for me.Is anyone having issues with no display for the BIOS/splash screen?
I can boot into Windows just fine, but until I get to the login screen I get no display signal. I assume I can access the BIOS but there is no display. I had this before years ago with my 1080ti and never got to the bottom of it.
Next time I get a CPU I'm getting one with integrated graphics!
I have had a bit of a play around. My fps in helldivers 2 went from 68-90 to between 110-150 and i havent done any tinkering with undervolting etc so I'm pretty happy with it.This is what I have ordered and also upgrading from a 3080 10Gb. Once you have spent some time with it, I would like to hear your feedback.
I'm the same, Originally I wanted the red devil but the Nitro+ grew on me. When I saw the red devil in stock on OCUK, I nearly went for it.
Might be port dependant I know that on my old gpu unless I was using DP1 it would do the same thingIs anyone having issues with no display for the BIOS/splash screen?

Had this happen last night while playing RDR2, screen initially hangs and then goes black. Adrenaline recognised it as a driver timeout.Has anyone else had any issues with their system freezing? I've had several instances now across multiple games where Windows will become completely unresponsive. Any sounds or music will continue play in the background and I'm still able to move the cursor around, but otherwise everything else is entirely frozen (including the clock in the taskbar). In some cases I've been able to play for an hour or so before this issue occurs, but I've also had it occur within 10-20 minutes.
So far I've tried:
I'm running a 7950X3D, Sapphire Pulse 9070XT, 64GB DDR5 6000 CL30, Corsair RM850x. The GPU is powered with two separate 8-pin connectors, no daisy chaining.
- Setting a GPU clock offset of -480MHz in Adrenalin to reduce this to 2970MHz (maximum boost frequency per the spec sheet)
- Forcing the PCIe slot to Gen 4 via UEFI (this has reportedly helped for some users)
- Updating AMD chipset drivers and motherboard UEFI/BIOS to the latest versions
- Checking Event Viewer for anything that might be related, but so far haven't seen anything relevant
Have you tried any stress tests like OCCT? Is this a new thing since the 9070 install?Has anyone else had any issues with their system freezing? My mate ordered from there similar time to me, hasnt received his yet. Still states May delivery on his order page.I didn't like the nitro+ when it was that price.
Makes no odds to me at the minute as not home much due to work. I think folk are receiving their may date items already too.
Haha I respect the patience but I just wouldnt be able to waitMy mate ordered from there similar time to me, hasnt received his yet. Still states May delivery on his order page.
He's lost more than £14 in those 2 weeks on the resale value of his 3090. He "saved" a whopping 2% though.........
Did you DDU your previous drivers or use AMD cleanup tool, depending on if you had Nvidia or AMD previously?Has anyone else had any issues with their system freezing? Agreed, I use a coolermaster support bracket as the supplied one is crap.Ran my Nitro+ power leads straight out the side of my Phantek case, just need to add a pull 120mm fan onto my CPU cooler Master, and fit a rear exhaust fan and I’m done for a bit
Card is a beast but the support bracket is a bit pointless! IMO
If I was home more (Which I will be after mid April) I would have had one already most likely. My 3080 is also just sitting losing value but nothing I can do about it currently. In hindsight, I could have sold the 3080 weeks ago, But we know how that has worked out in the past.My mate ordered from there similar time to me, hasnt received his yet. Its an amazing looking card. I had Red Devil 7900 XTX and the Nitro+ looks way nicer in my opinion. The 9070 XT Red Devil back end looks like it has a really bad hemeroid about to burst and is very plastic looking. If I was home more (Which I will be after mid April) I would have had one already most likely. If I had actually liked the design initially I would have gone for it. But in a way I'm quite glad I couldn't get one on launch as I would have likely had purchased something that would have been a second choice.

Yeah check this. It's very likely it's the wrong DP portMight be port dependant I know that on my old gpu unless I was using DP1 it would do the same thing
Is that what you measured, because the Corsair website says the max GPU length is 320mm?
That's assuming of course that I correctly identified the case as the Corsair 540 AIR.
Measuring mine there seems to be a little over 320mm from the PCIe bracket to the fans.
