Which I’m fairly sure I qualify for.

There was an error with forum delivery at the time of the 9070 XT launch due to the website outage we experienced, but this has since been fixed.

The delivery should show up as 'Free Delivery (Arriving up to 5 working days)' in the checkout at zero cost alongside the other delivery options.

I can't see any stock availability issues soon, Gibbo stated he expected everything to normalise in a few weeks too.
