It did occur to me that it might be a conversion as I don’t even know if an H is a thing - but then it looks too small to be an actual hearse.

Looking up the reg states it's a 'Coleman Milne Wisper'. Googling that shows that it's a custom-built Model S hearse. The renders on their site look ok, but that pic just shows that it's a complete bodge job.
