I don't think the US are going to defend Taiwan, especially under Trump, who thinks all his allies owe him something.lol if Taiwan thinks the $100 billion bribe is going to make Trump save them when China attacks
And to sweeten the news; here is China practicing landings with its new barge ships

Chinese ‘invasion barges’ spotted on drills for first time
Chinese “D-Day style” barges have been spotted practising what appear to be amphibious landings in the South China Sea.www.yahoo.com

The US hasn't said anything about Chinese ships sailing near the Australian coast.
I wonder how much other tech has back doors that people haven't yet discovered just because there's too much tech to check everything
The US is going backwards. The US don’t want a war with modern China, they’d lose too much.
I'd assume every app on your phone is trying to track you some way.I wonder how much other tech has back doors that people haven't yet discovered just because there's too much tech to check everything
Realistically it's a cushion for their elite to flee whilst the plebs get bombed into the 20th century.lol if Taiwan thinks the $100 billion bribe is going to make Trump save them when China attacks

Footage taken by a civilian using a drone showing the operational test of China's new landing pier ship. The ship has been undergoing repeated testing since it was first spotted, and many satellite images and videos taken from long distances on the ground have been released, but this time it was taken by a drone. The ships' names were identified as Toko 401, 402, and 403.
Ah yeah, saw video of those some time back. Impressive but absolutely huge, expensive sitting ducks. It’ll either be genius or a total disaster as they get ripped up by missiles, drones etc.
What are we looking at here? Are they meant to dock and unload loads of stuff to invade or something? A floating bridge? That'll take absolutely ages to line up and sort itself out, by that time a few rockets will have turned them in to dust!

Imagine you owned one of these dogs and it started trying to kill you lol
Yep, these will likely only come into play once the amphibious landing has been complete and they've secured a beachhead after a massive missile, drone & air campaign, much like D-DayI think something similar to the Mulberry harbours in the allied invasion of Europe after D-day. So for use after the initial invasion.
