As a kid I was brought up on game and lots of free NZ lamb + butter.

It saddens me at how much lamb is now.

More lamb for the easter roast collection.
I may have went a little heavy on the amount of mint.

Glad I'm not the only one who puts a yorkshire pudding with every meat.

Seems to be made a little different to the Pathia I know and love but still a wonderful Curry, enjoyed with Plain Rice and a Garlic Naan Bread

Marinaded the chicken overnight with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sugar, MSG etc. Then air fried it so crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside:
