Build your own, will be cheaper and betterstarted pulling down our shed that's all rotten, need a replacement but can't quite find any company that sells anything decent? half tempted with a plastic keter or lifetime but getting the ground level will be fun.
current is timber - what's left of it, anyone have any recommendations for a company that sells decent sheds?

I'd still recommend Tiger Sheds even if they aren't perhaps as good as they were. I bought one in 2020 and still looks almost brand newstarted pulling down our shed that's all rotten, need a replacement but can't quite find any company that sells anything decent? half tempted with a plastic keter or lifetime but getting the ground level will be fun.

how much we talking on timber pricing..... 4x2 @ 3.6mtrs is £8 a length here, ive not spent anywhere near 1500 on a 5mtr x 2.8mtr build with box metal roof and solar panels.I did think, timber prices are mental. It’s not going to be cheaper. Better yes as I’d have full flexibility of what it can is but even then I’m looking at £1500 ish min for a 12x8 shed

Having done some pretty heavy DIY recently I've also realised that doing relatively big DIY projects does require quite a lot of knowledge, experience, tools and... Time.I recently bought an 8x6 pent shed from Tigersheds. Quality is pretty reasonable given the price.
Could I build something more sturdy myself? Yes.
Could I do it for the same price I paid (~£450)? Absolutely not.
Would something I built last longer? Maybe. For wooden sheds, I think how long it lasts is more dependent on how well you maintain it, rather than how sturdy/high spec it is to begin with.

So whilst they're not exactly that difficult a task to undertake, they're not to be underestimated and it obviously depends on your experience.
I'm pretty handy with things but time is the big one for me, it took me 3 times longer and whilst it's a good job, better than most traders, it is a pain.
In the case of a shed I'd just buy one. Maybe even a plastic one, despite the fact it's plastic...

Cleaned the chickens out
Trimmed a few branches (with the chainsaw much to Mrs TB's annoyance)

Stripped and binned them keeping some bigger prices for burning

Washed the cars
