I've uninstalled now

Its the least amount of hours Ive ever put into an AC game.

I just can't shake the boredom unfortunately, the combat is dull, the world feels small and claustrophobic, the camera is bad, and I can't find any interest for the story or quests

I've got 30 hours on it and though the assassins creed style of gameplay is decent, the plot is so boring.

I'm having my second a break from AC:S. The game looked and felt amazing to come back to after my first break, so I'm looking forward to it It's a huge game, and, with no samurai/ninja games on the horizon, I'm in no rush. Still rating it highly.

As much as I agree with clamping down on this sort of thing, what are they actually harvesting? Seems like it's just player data from the game, which load outs people are using and stuff like that?

Almost anything collects "usage statistics" these days. Though I don't recall to usual popup for that on first run so maybe that's what caught them out?

Well I think I’ve pretty much finished it, a few side bits left. It’s become one of my favourites. Looks gorgeous, runs great, sounds great and some of the characters are brilliant. I thought Naoe, Yasuke and Junjiro were great. Will get the DLC instantly.

I love junjiro... I want to adopt him lol.
I think I'm like level 40 now and ninja girl is super OP... Got some poison and armor piercing upgrades along with some throwing knife and assassins upgrades and I can insta-kill pretty much anything if they don't see me coming.

Or even if they do see me comming... like the small camps.. I can stroll in all casual, and just throw knifes at them all... Dead. Don't even need to get my tanto out! Lol.

I pre orderd via epic/origin whatever its called, rather than steam, so I think that comes with the DLC anyway, when ever it's released?

I honestly can't remember but I think the free future DLC was what finally moved my click finger to buy it.

Again, this is nothing new for most of us. Still, this data can now be used to counter those clueless people who claim that pre-baked lighting is still viable in 2025.

I understand kill those responsible for dads death, but why am I rewarded for killing samurai in their castles. Am I just being evil or what?

I'm getting a bit of mid-game fatigue... seems like I'm pretty much just raiding castles and camps with the occasional ronin or whatever to kill when traveling between them... there doesnt seem like theres much else to do and feel a bit 'rinse and repeat'.

had an urge to play this game so subscribed to ubisoft + to play it, downloading it as we speak. didn't like valhalla and that was the last AC game i played, looking forward to trying this.

Ive had a bit of an urge to play since launch but i know ill get maybe 20 hours in and get bored of the raiding outposts castles etc. maybe if and when i get a game drought ill sub for a month.
