Yeah I've noticed that too except this year feels like its been so much better.
So I'm fully expecting it to turn back into a wet summer but I do hope against hope that I'm wrong!

Only had a couple of cloudy days in the last 10 weeks (Mid Wales near the Coast)
Rain keeps missing us by being just North or South of us, had a little rain last evening/night.
South facing fields are scorched /brown.
Water butts have been empty for over a month now!.
Be glad of a rainy week here.

I have done well to stay dry tbh because the weather has properly broken now , raining heavily at the moment, lots of wet steaming tourists today me thinks

With reservoir and river levels low, and farmers worrying about crops, we need rain for a period sadly.
Goldilocks temperature = hot enough to go bear.
Not a pleasant thought

Bbc Weather says 16c outside. All windows wide open, still 21c inside at 10pm. Looks like another night of no sleep.

Definitely not that here rained for an hour or two first thing in the morning and then just overcast grey the rest of the day and barely 15c. Weather forecast from two separate sources stated bright sunny and warm. Hmm.
