Antec is back at OcUK!

I just don’t understand why.
Probably because there was quite a few end users who basically did just that, I know in my case (then the only case available Flux non Pro during Black Friday still available), I basically swapped all the fans out (hence I had a set available to give to anyone who needed the original fans then) for all A14x25 G2's (then the newly released fans) - using a grand total of 7 of them.

Here, it looks like there's only 4 x A14x25 G2's (original beige/brown) with 3 at for front intake and 1 rear exhaust, with two newly announced A12x25 G2's at the top of the PSU shroud.

I'm not sure if there'll be conflicting sound profile issues from different fans though (hence why all the same in my case and each independently controlled).

Just reached the part of the video there where they say it's Q4 this year for release. Also it's a Noctua sale (like their Seasonic PSU), rather than Antec direct, hence probably why we didn't hear @Ace Modder talk about this. Assuming they price it right (given the fans that come along with it) it likely will still sell very well; especially for users like me who were going to swap the fans anyway.

Got my Antec Flux Pro today and all my kit installed, such a lovely case with so much space and excellent cooling, love the fact you can mount the PSU with the cables facing the side of the case makes it so much easier.

I liked ANtec ages ago when was into modding.
Now, when they released SFX PSU, that 850W little guy, I bought two for two of my PCs :D
Love it.

Noctua hinted at €399 but not final.
That's around £335.

Assuming just the case, that comes in at £179.99 here at OCUK. So around £150 worth of fans.

The A14x25 G2s come in at ~£34, or £64 for a pair for Push Pull and specified variance of speeds. Assuming we go for the pair, that's the 4 x A14x25 G2's covered, that's ~£128 already, leaving us ~£22 to get 2 of the new A12x25 G2's. Assuming they take the place of the original A12x25's pricing instead of being higher, we get ~£29 per. Meaning even at the hinted price, it's cheaper than grabbing the necessary fans retail by at least one fan. And if I remember right from what the Noctua videos were saying of their booth at Computex, that they're aiming for even lower than that.

Overall, not bad, especially if you had designs to replace the fans with Noctua's in the first place with the Flux Pro.

Potential that Noctua will be including their fan hub too instead of the Antec one currently provided in the Flux Pro.
