If they are having issues then its plusnet that should be dishing out the rewards not the company thats having issues
You cant lure people in to a contract which costs more and then not deliver promises
No loyalty offer from plusnet, been with them for 8+yrs and the best they could give is more than the new customers offer luckily communityfibre is now available and could now move away from plusnet.

They are rubbish for existing customers, which is my only real complaint.
