Update to switch 1 is out. Version 20.

Terrible update for me. They have now stopped me and my daughter having the ability to play the same game online.

Since you can only load a virtual card to just one console, and gameshare isn't even available for the original Nintendo Switch to send out invites.

It means we'd have to rebuy a second copy of the games we play.

Think I'm going to put my last Switch 1 game order in before the Switch 2 comes out and I'm trying to decide what to get. Mario Odyssey is one but I'm open to suggestions.

Edit: Was also thinking of Kirby and the Forgotten Land and Super Mario 3D World + Bowsers Fury.

Personally I wouldn’t go with Kirby but either of the 2 Mario games are great. Odyssey for me is the best.

I mean Kirby games are fun for what they are but they are not in the same league as Mario games in my experience.

Got the two Mario games. Due tomorrow. I was bored so I got out Super Mario Maker 2 which I haven't really played much of and had a blast. Definitely going to be playing it more.

The pre-orders have available pretty often which is surprising. I’d be pretty confident saying they should have a decent amount for buying directly as well after launch.
