AMD RADEON 9060 XT NOW IN STOCK FROM £269.99 AND AVAILABLE FROM JUNE 5TH!!!

Literally in the same dept as you... the 6700xt is 5yrs old and still holding out at 1440p however, the itch is itching and I do have other expenses to worry about.
Yeah, Ive just played spider-man 2 and am just playing forbidden west and have had no complaints on the quality I am currently working with.

My son is rocking a Nitro 6700xt too. The uplift isn't really worth it. 9070/9070XT are starting to drop, below MSRP in Germany today.

I was hoping holding out is the best bet.. the 5070 at £500 seems VERY tempting but again 12GB vram. I haven't noticed games maxing that out but given more UE5 titles are coming that do love 16B of vram I'd be concerned that wouldn't be good money spent at 1440p. Which leaves the 9070xt / 5070ti as the only real contenders.

Same here, while my 3070 only has 8GB, the 9060xt is only about 10% faster. If I could get a 9070 at £500, I'd be all over it.

I think the 9070 will be £499 very soon I'd think. Need to be less really as the 5070 is from £497.99 at ocuk now! Competition is all good!

Little differences.

Seems the pre-order reaper at msrp gets ball bearing fans while the in stock msrp pulse is sleeve bearing.

Another 200 Reapers are due early next week, so pre-order in confidence. :)

Maintaining that MSRP, our pricing on this part is far better than competitors! :)

I have a 3070 8GB in my other rig downstairs (purely casual 1080p usage) just no point changing for one of these is there? Would be nice to have matchy with my 9070xt rig upstairs... hmmmm.

Personally I wouldn't bother changing from a 3070 to one of these.

Will be only a handful of cases where there will be any real difference.

Yea I guess that's saved a few quid and some hassle, I was hoping for a bit more from these but they will suit a wide range of people and are affordable so that's good!

Is free DPD for forum members a thing of the past?
I just ordered the 9060xt Pulse and got free delivery, presumably from the linked forum account so seems to be working.

This card was good timing, I was just thinking of getting maybe a 2nd hand 6800 or something for my living room PC but this one (at £315) fits the price/performance/power spot nicely

My OCUK account is linked to the forum account but when I ordered I only got the free 5-7 day delivery. The next day was still £7.99.

EDIT: OTOH I have an email saying my parcel is on its way and that DPD are expecting it so who knows when it actually ends up getting here.

Yea I'd move to one of those if pricing war really kicks off.
9070 non XT would be a great fit for me if pricing drops... The Nitro OC at £600 is tempting but that's still roughly £70 over msrp (and I do know this is a premium model). If Gibbo drops this by £50 i'd be very hard pressed to not get the card out....

Yea its a really nice casual card. Good job AMD.

I didn't get free delivery

But, thanks Gibbo and team for the work to plan ahead for this release. Not sure what it looks like now but I was able to buy without needing to click add to basket within 5 seconds. Bravo

Been waiting on this, definitely picking one up. 5700xt has served me well though, says more about crappy state of GPU's probably.
This is the exact upgrade I've been looking at. While my budget originally didn't cover a new card, the prices are much better than I thought they would be!
