Our Bosch dishwasher chips plates and dishes for some reason since we got it, nearly every bowl we have is chipped nowTalking of Pathia’s.. I may be eating my next through a straw.
Unloading the dish washer letting her know my worth, until disaster strikes…
Mine decided to grab it off me, smash it against another plate and then hand it back to me chipped.
She isn’t having any of it

Not wanting to tempt fate, but our Bosch has been spot on.
I haven't, I'd probably go for a less waxy spud to crisp up the skin more but I'm sure they'd taste good.

I've never seen that type of behaviour in a dishwasher before, but what I can say is it started from when we got it. I guess we should have had a moan but we never did.
Just thought I would throw it out there and see if anybody else had anything similar.

Worth checking if it is a well known issue online and going from there.
I had an issue with a well known bike makers wheels a while ago and they wouldn't budge until I presented them with pages of links to an issue with their wheels, both in Europe and the States. They fixed the issue at their cost.

We think It's thermal shock as it happens to stuff in both racks, we both agree this dishwasher gets insanely hot compaired to other models we have owned.
Anyway, I guess this isn't the white-goods thread so I'll leave it at that

What hydration/dough ball size did you use for that Pizza. Was that the same oven you used the other day the Volt ?
Yeah the volt. 62 hydration, 50/50 mix 00 and bread flour. 24 hours in the fridge.
260g dough balls.
