The Gold S2 - not as good as S1, but so many excellent performances again. Recently finished Snowfall, a good ending to a much under-appreciated show. I'm enjoying Dept Q too.

Andor season 2, started a little slowly but my word it built up. Going to watch Rogue One again now and maybe the original films again!

Just finished season 7 of the rookie, don't know why we're still watching this as it's really bad now.

Oh dear - I just started watching this show and am about half-way through season one - enjoying it so far but I've a long way to go!

Murderbot.

A bit quirky but funny Sci-fi. I'm still undecided how much I like it but will wait till the end of the first season before firming up my judgement.

The shorter than normal episodes (~25-30min) do have their benefits as it never drags but also on occasion does leave you wanting a bit more.

He didn’t. The ratings weren’t there and it’s an expensive show. There has been talk of a number of films instead in recent days, so hopefully not completely gone

According to Wikipedia

Netflix announced that the potential for a third season was on indefinite hold as Fincher wanted to pursue other projects, but may "revisit [the series] in the future". In February 2023, Fincher confirmed that the series was officially over.

Either way, news of a possible film to wrap things up is promising.

just finished Bet on Netflix and really enjoyed it.
Good story and well made, based on a manga about a girl trying to find out who killed her parents and has to attend a school where the heirarchy is based on gambling to climb to the top to uncover the truth.
Looking forward to season 2.

Working my way through Stranger Things, got 7 episodes of S4 to go.

Only my second viewing of it and i forgot how good it is.

One of the strangest things is how Millie Bobby Brown morphed into Winona Ryder.

Just watched Reacher season 2.

Decent plot, dialogue a bit meh, but again the final episode got as ridiculous as the final episode in season 1. People who could hot the target from a 100 miles with a peashooter suddenly couldn't hit anyone from a yard or chose to start a fist-fight. Worse than the A-team in the 80s.

Spoilt it enough for me that I am not going to bother with season 3.

Just finished Ludwig last night and enjoyed it, well filmed British nonsense at its best in my opinion. Nothing overly clever about it despite pretending to be, but fun and kept me entertained.

Finished The Gold series one so will move to series two.

Fantastic cast and budget, well done.

OMG!!!! Season 4 of Oz and I've just screamed with excitement at seeing even more of the main characters from The Wire!!

And it was lovely to see the head vampire from The Lost Boys in it!!
