Anti Sag Brackets

I'm not sure how people can answer without knowing which Zotac 4070 OP has.
There is only one Zotac 4070 that has more than 2 fans, a special spiderman edition and even that has very few heat pipes and has low density fins. The card is only about 1kg.

I'm still using the

Graphics Card GPU Brace Support, Black Universal Video Card Holder Bracket for Various Computers

from a well known forest site.Works for my 6900XT.

If you buy a system (collection of parts) and pay for it to be built, and the Lan-Li case comes with an anti-sag bracket, should you expect them to fit it to support the heavy 4070TI ? I don't want to make a fuss if it's not meant to be part of the service.

Absolutely, unless it fits at the wrong point of the GPU.

I just use those telescopic threaded alluminium ones with a magnet at the bottom, you can get them in a nice enough black finish. Stupidly cheap, and they work really well!
IIRC I paid a fiver posted for it or something close to that!

I do too but I'm not really a fan, yes it solves a problem cheaply but it's not a great solution, if you're unlucky with case design and fan placement it can be awkward to place and I've had mine slip once even though I didn't move the case, a lot better than nothing though.

I was starting to get black screens randomly, reseating the GPU solved it for a while but I haven't had it happen since getting the anti sag rod, the funny part is my current GPU isn't especially heavy (certainly less than the card it replaced) so I didn't think I'd need to support it but feel a little silly for not doing so sooner.

I'm ruling out new cases which don't offer an inbuilt anti-sag brackets as current GPU designs pretty much demand it.

Must be luck of the draw, mine has a little bit of weight to it and is solid when tightened, the magnet is pretty strong and it holds up even big GPU's fine as I've recommended it to others. I just prop up the final corner of the gpu far enough away from the fan and adjust it a little too high, lock it off then let go and it ends up bang on level.
I've honestly had none of the other issues either, otherwise it would have gone straight in the bin, violently :D

I've got double, my case came with one and the GPU itself also came with one. Luckily both work differently so I can use both at once! Almost makes up for 9070XT being a chonky GPU.

I've used a brand called upHere a few times in mid-tower systems. They do plain or ARGB arms, columns or tower end supports. On a popular site I can't link to.

As mentioned too much uplift can be as bad as too much sag.
