Yeah some cracking deals on, picked up Mario RPG myself a few weeks back for £24, not touched it yet but will play eventually!!

It is more of the same but overall I’d say it is a better game. Just jam packed with ideas. Playing through it now I am loving everything about it. They are both top tier which ever you go with though.
 
Struggling to put down Minecraft and Autosport Grid (now its fixed) - nice to have a decent racing game!
Minecraft though, mods aside this has to be one of the best ways to play the game, although a bit of a learning curve, I was playing minecraft back before it was cool!
 
I'm finding that Mario odyssey seems to have moments when its framerate drops to about 20fps and it's a pure stutter fest. Then it recovers and plays fine. This is in docked mode. Don't know if it does it hand held tbh

Hmm not noticed any of that. I’ve only played it docked so far.
 
By the way one advice whoever is thinking to buy a Switch 2.

Buy and install a tempered glass the moment you take the Switch out of the box!

I just got my tempered glass in the mail and saw some minor scratches on the stupid membrane nintendo has installed the one they ask you not to remove to protect in case of breakage.

Thankfully i cannot spot them with the glass installed on top. A few websites and youtubers mentioned this i just thought since i am mostly playing docked i should be ok to play and wait until the glass arrives but meh it happened.
 
It's ridiculous that the dock still scratches the Switch 2, as this was a problem with the original one. I don’t know why they couldn't have glued some soft fabric to the inside of the dock to prevent scratches when it slides in, as this would be a very cheap fix with little to no modifications to the design.

I had a dock sock on Switch 1 which goes over the front part, only thin material but some protection and Zelda themed. Actually made by a partner of a member on here years ago.

They are available for Switch 2 on Etsy for about £12, or less if you know someone with a sewing machine.

Never knew something like that existed, and it's a really simple solution. Thought it was a little pricey for plain black, but they include RM shipping in that, and they aren't cheap these days, so not too bad. May pick one of those up :)
