It's too hot :(

Nice! We're still under 4Kwh for the house AC, although only 2 rooms and not a huge house. But bedroom is kept at 18ºC and living room at 20ºC, utter bliss.

2Kwh on my AC in the cabin, my server lives in there so keep it at 21-22ºC while I'm not in there to prevent anything from cooking.

Edit: On top of that, Octopus Agile has been 10-15p/Kwh most of the day so it's cost very little to run.
That's really not a lot of electricity. Do you have a proper A/C unit installed, or a portable unit?

Can the AMOC hurry up and collapse already?

Sitting in front of the PC in boxers at the moment with fan on full blast. Its still 29-30 degrees in here I've got windows open all through the house but there isnt any breeze to blow through cooler air... I ******* hate this, nice weather is great when you can escape it. Good thing is its supposed to be at least 10 degrees cooler tomorrow even got a good chance of rain :D
A friend who moved up to Oban says it's 13c and he's loving it.

Proper split system. 2.5kw (9000btu) in each room. 3.5kw in my cabin.

This is us so far for 4 units, 1 not recorded on there. It uses very little electricity. For the most part the heating earlier in the year was on the night tariff. Will have cost less than £3 to run 5 units and to keep the whole house cool today, one of those units also fighting the heat from my gaming systems. Worth every penny.

Still 24C outside, crazy.

It's bloody horrible now, I don't mind the heat if it gets cool in the evening, but I think it's hotter in the house now than it was at 3pm.

It’s amazing how much heat the fabric of the building holds.

I did having gone bed early, get an ok amount of sleep, but need to order a bunch of towels next day delivery, as I am going to be going through them rapidly in this weather.

10kWh of air con today, definitely been warm. Worth every penny though, blissful. Happy to keep the house between 21-23C, nothing too crazy.
We used 5.1kWh in the 24 hours up to this post :) translates to £1.30 to keep the whole house sat around 20-21ºC even after oven use. I don't think I'll ever regret getting proper A/C units :)
