I don't mind the cold if I have enough layers - but I HATE getting cold fingers and toes.

The stuff we got off Amazon France dropped light transmission by 15-20% looking out from inside. Couldn’t see much looking in from outside unless it was dark outside and you had an inside light on.

My summer one is 4.5 tog but last night was the first night I didn’t need my heat padI'm probably the only one here still using a duvet at night!

Never too hot when you only live a 5 minute drive away from the beach and work wihin a 15 minute walk.
Met up with a colleague this morning at 6:30am to attempt paddle boarding and then walked to the beach for lunch. Back again tomorrow

Filled a few bags with brambles, while sweating like mad.
Also dripping (literally) blood, after a bramble got its revenge in first. Ah well, saved a shirt getting ruined, I suppose.
Edit: christ, just noticed my shorts have loads of blood on them, too. Gah. More washing.

Nope, I'm running an 8.5 tog Slumberland woollen one, but I do keep my shoulders bare in this weather.

Yep my dojo (which is in an old metal walled warehouse) was high 20s touching 31 for most of the session. Lots of fans, but yeah even that was a little excessive for me 1.5hrs of drills, sparring and trying not to be choked out was not my favourite experience!How to spot a psychopath 101 strikes again! I have dodged training for the last 2 weeks. Went in once when it was hot and thought I was dying.
