Yes, it's called 'working a nightshift'. I did it for many years and even though it involved 12 hour shifts and 60 hour weeks it was better than the alternative of doing it during the day.
That was on huge rubber moulding machines making bearings for the auto industry, and it was a great way to keep fit.
It would kill me now

Really don't think i could work nights these days at the age of 55

I used to work 60 hour weeks in day time till covid came, Now i struggle many times coping with my 43 hour weeks

I've done weekend nights, 3x12s since I was 24. It gets it out of the way.

My son has worked in the NHS for 20yrs and for most of that he's worked day/nightshifts

On top of the usual work stress, the heat just makes it worse.
