Anyone fancy a Wolfbox air duster?

Was going to get one of these but then ended up with a Makita one because I have a load of batteries.

Probably not as powerful though.

Buy the Aliexpress one and let us know how it goes. Genuinely interested. Not that Aliexpress would ever sell fake crap mind.

Plus it can do things like inflate tyres, spray paint or (compressor power dependant admittedly) run things like polishers.

That said, their bulky, (typically unless you pay more for a silent model) loud, and have an electricity requirement best described as yes. So i can see the air duster being useful for those with limited space and less need for the other features.

150k rpm I can get behind

400k rpm on a 1cm fan means supersonic tip speeds... and I'm sure the fan is more than 1cm in diameter.
 
I wouldn't assume something on AliExpress for a fiver is necessarily the same thing just because the pictures are similar, loads of copycat tech like that around, sometimes it might legitimately be the same, more likely the innards are cheaper and it'll perform like all the other cheap rubbish in those reviews that means it's basically landfill before it even comes out the box
 
I ordered one at the weekend and got a dispatch notice this morning. I paid £50 as the price had gone up a bit. Hopefully it'll be as good as the videos

Depends what you need it for. If it's as good as the video, jobs will be:

Dusting 3 PCs (mine and the kids)
Air con filters need cleaning, generally use compressed air for that
Hand held hoover filter needs cleaning
Air filter for the caterham needs cleaning
Then inflating camping mattress for the kids when we stay at the in laws.

Use a few times a year for £50. Happy days.

It replaces those air duster can things. It's cheaper than a dozen of them, it's portable, rechargeable, powerful, and probably better for the environment.

Dunno how you can say it's useless junk, if it's as powerful as the vids show, it'll be bloody fantastic.
 
I think it falls into a different category than having a compressor, the compressor isn't portable in the same way, you'll end up taking whatever it is to the compressor rather than the other way around.

They both have a place i think in the same way a pillar drill drills holes just like a battery drill, they're just for different types of jobs.
