Something like this would be pretty much right in Mossad's wheelhouse though. They're not beyond honey traps and blackmail, but then so are many other intelligence services.

Jeffrey Epstein was a sick pedo guy who liked massages from teen girls, etc, but conspiracy-brained people seem to think that random politicians and other powerful people are all going to be pedos if given the chance by some sick billionaire, which is frankly ridiculous outside of, say, Pakistani grooming gangs.
Prince Andrew may have slept with one girl, but no indication that he knew her age if he actually did - she wasn't exactly a reliable witness, and he was a PR disaster, so that's probably not helped this case.
There are however, likely lots of NDAs (and lots of victims of Epstein who have moved on with their lives and would not like any publicity) and indeed various clients/friends of his who had absolutely nothing to do with his sordid activities and don't really need all the grief of having various conspiracy types and insane people now trying to pry into their lives or perhpas even do harm to them.
Even people who visited his island don't necessarily need to have known what was actually going down - Epstein likes hot young model types hanging around his island is sleazy but not in itself illegal and they don't know that one of them had been groomed/was underage - or that he had additional underage massage girls come to his Florida house.
It's possible there was some intelligence connection too - certainly that's why the first investigation into him in Florida was dropped, but that doesn't necessarily mean he actually did much for them other than being a useful point of contact who knows powerful people.

The thing thats baffling is that Trump leaned hard on the idea of releasing the files and he must have known that he was on there and so were a bunch of his masters. The only thing that makes sense is that he has become so used to literally doing what he wants, saying what he wants and seeing no pushback from his supporters that he though this would be the same.
