This has been doing the rounds on my socials and finding it hilarious.

TDLR

CEO of tech company having affair with the head of HR gets caught by kiss cam at Coldplay gig.

I am not surprised. I used to work corporate and this stuff was rife in the workplace at all levels but this exposure is next level. :D

I only found out about this yesterday when I didn't understand that spate of random images and googled what was going on :D

It can be misconduct, a lot of corporate contracts will have clauses about work relationships

Yup

Biased in disciplinarians, grievances
Bias in promotions
Work hostility
Fraud and corruption.

He's been suspended now.

I think it's all quite tiresome this. None of anyone's business and an invasion of privacy.
Dunno, his missus/her hubby while probably not overjoyed at the spectacle (understatement!) they probably are quite interested in Chris’ faux pas, public service announcement!

She may have had the sack already, or at least had a fondle of it.

Me and this girl started a job at the same time, I was in a different dept. Within 2 months she was promoted to full time head of customer services. I can tell you everyone in customer services dept were angry as hell. It came out she was bonking the boss.

Another place mate worked, she was using her " acquaintance" with the boss with bullying, harassment, and whenever someone made a complaint against her, the other person got sacked. The more people she got fired, the worse it got. So the other people stayed quiet, or quit.

And this is exactly why we shouldn't be doing this sort of thing with colleagues.

I had a boss who was having an affair with a guy and it all got found out. Somehow she managed to keep her job. The poor girl of the man worked there too. She was giving him a promotion etc and everything. The lad ended up committing suicide in the end. She was a real piece of work. Not only was she ugly on the inside but looked like Roz from monsters ink.

I hear she is now Factory manager. God knows how but that work environment attracts a certain type unfortunately.

Whilst I don’t agree with the cheating, you can’t help but feel for all involved. The partners of the cheaters’ lives have been thrust into the public eye, they’ll no doubt be getting harassed off idiots, need to move house, shield the kids, delete social media etc.

People are going in hard on this, even on LinkedIn which is normally reserved for the tame and professional attention seekers.
