You can't be serious to use that for a reason.
Yes I am serious, think it through a bit.

You can race bikes (and other types of car) in the wet still because all the additional difficulties are in the realm of the riders skill - grip, throttle application, how hard you try to turn etc. - it's clearly very challenging but you can at least see where you're going and the people around you, so it's manageable.

F1 is the opposite - in isolation an F1 car is probably comparatively easy to drive in the wet because so much grip comes from aerodynamics, the problem arises when there's 20 of them chucking up so much spray that everyone except the leader is effectively driving totally blind - you can't overcome not being able to see anything in front of you by driver skill, you're just blindly praying that there's nothing to hit as you blindly drive into a wall of spray. It's a pointless risk to put people in for the sake of entertainment (that doesn't mean I don't think they should be finding ways to manage wet weather better though)

So apparently Ayo was wrong. The 3 hour window has NOT started. That only happens when the red lights go out at a race start, which has not happend since it was only a formation lap. This could go on well into the evening.

Because the start was suspended no actual start took place.
