Have the same on my G4 - looks to me like the panel itself and how it affixes to the frame. It's only noticeable up close![]()

Not sure what these dots are
Are they screen damage?
Same on my almost 6yo C9. As you say only noticeable up real close.Have the same on my G4 - looks to me like the panel itself and how it affixes to the frame. It's only noticeable up close
Congrats. What's your thoughts on the brightness and anti glare performance.TV arrived, very happy with the image but the sound is absolutely atrocious compared to my old tv - no wonder they are throwing in a soundbar! Although I guess I was pretty spoiled with the Sony TV's panel actuactor speakers.
Coming from a Sony Oled from 2018 the brightness jump is fantastic. HDR content looks incredible. I have a window directly opposite and it does a pretty good job outbrightnessing the reflections unless the sun is directly shining on it towards sunsetCongrats. Thanks for that, the old tv was in the same place for 6 years and its fine, but will make sure i close the blinds with the new baby.FYI sunlight directly shining on the screen will destroy a OLED panel

Yup can confirm the HDR performance is absolutely stunning. And going from 55 to 65" just adds to the immersion. Like the new menu system in general, gives me quicker access to brightness and other settings.Coming from a Sony Oled from 2018 the brightness jump is fantastic. HDR content looks incredible. Huh - it's no thinner or flatter to the wall than a G4. So really it's just adding the separate connection box?
Well yeah. Just means less clutter on the bench and no worries about wires. I have my own wall mount so not using the flush one.Huh - it's no thinner or flatter to the wall than a G4. So really it's just adding the separate connection box?
Absolutely makes sense. I think I just assumed the wireless model would be the super shiniest fancy features one. But it's more of a specific improvement.Well yeah. Just means less clutter on the bench and no worries about wires. I have my own wall mount so not using the flush one.
