Decided I would wait until the main man is in Monday for a Pathia, I’ll be sure to make it known that it is my Birthday on Monday too :p

Chicken Dopiaza, Plain Rice, Plain Naan and Mango Chutney Sauce.

This Curry is sensational :), little bit of oil in the edges but looks worse on photographs, I tend to pour on than pour away for extra flavour :cry:

Good curries will have oil, especially takeaway
 
The malt barley and rye make a great combo for brown sauce, but sadly I can't eat it, although the sausage meat has big flavour on it's own.
Used to love riding past the HP factory on my way to work through Aston-Birmingham every morning, I recall when they run the fruity one, it was an epic smell.
