Tabletop Warhammer?

The Death Guard models are just insanely good, especially the ones from the Dark Imperium box (wish I never sold my lord of contagions i had 3 thabksbtobthr conquest subscriptions lol) Lots of details but hell of a lot of fun to paint, I do my plague marines as Glooming Lords, everything else normal Death Guard green. Watched a video by mediocre hobbies, and he uses yellow glaze on the green, and its amazing.

Has anyone got/tried orange brushes? Need something new, my games Workshop ones are giving up, and sub £50 for 5 kolinsky brushes, 3 dry brushes and a bonus shade brush is very tempting

Been trying to follow what will hopefully look like a sort of pearescent effect when it's done on my Flawless blades. First stage has gone ok, glossed ready for oil wash tomorrow.

Really need to stop zooming in on these pics, look bloody awful.

First two are before you take the intensity down with white ink again.

Blimey that was fast, you went from asking about models 9 days ago, to having a fully painted and assembled kill team.
Or did you buy them like that?

I cheated :) I bought them pre-painted. I got Hivestorm, but haven't built them. these came up so I got them

I see you have succumbed to a photo booth ;)

Oh yeah I got it when we were talking about it. It's just that I can rarely be bothered to actually get it out, but that's mainly because I rarely am close to finishing a model that warrants bringing it out lol

Mines in the shed can’t be arsed taking photos of my black Templars in it haha. Always take crap photos anyhows

Have to admit, as a Dark Angels player, I'm tempted to grab some Saturnine termies to proxy. If anyone in the 40K universe will have a decent supply of Relic Saturnine, it's them.
