Lol I recieved the email but am also still on classic plan. Will wait and see on Tuesday!

Cannot knock the number of genuinely great games me and the wife have claimed through it over the years that we wouldn't have looked at otherwise though, so even if the price rises a little we will be staying. We use steam family heavily so this has genuinely worked out really well for us over the years, especially with the recent changes that basically moved restrictions down to a by game rather than account level.

TBF. I'd rather pay for humble than Gamepass, at least I get to keep one of them, plus the obvious charity benefit. Though the tradeoff is the gamble on the titles.

Yes, I actually thought it was better though because it has more of a story and progression. Has weapon power levels vs enemy toughness levels too which impact how effective weapons are.

I got a bit bored of Prodeus by contrast because it felt almost procedurally generated in terms of story/progression. Even OG Doom conveyed forward progress a bit more to my mind.

Just an opinion, and it helps I like 40K, but I thought Boltgun was a genuinely decent take on the genre, and the setting fits very well with Doom style overkill and huge waves of minions, and arena style combat.

They're both decent games though with slightly different twists, and when you look around people even compare them and kinda highlight them as both flawed but fun in different ways.

Prodeus is probably a little more polished but both are fun.

Pretty good month this month on Humble Choice, but I already have the big hitter Rogue Trader and the other games are not worth the increased price.
So paused for another month.

Yeah, it actually looks like a pretty good month; I also have some of the games, but will grab the bundle anyway, as it'll mean the wife can add the games I have to her account and vice versa.
Will check out the discounts this month comes with too, as the story of seasons games are nice chill games in most cases, but have a suspicion we may already have them on Switch.

Just purchased a year upfront. Don't have any other subs really so £10 a month equivalent seems fine.
Plus I like I can share the codes out.

Shame, I've skipped the last couple of months due to no interest in the games, or already owning them, but I would have had this month - been keeping an eye on Rogue Trader for a while.

However, the price increase tips it over the value point for me. I have plenty of other games to play, I'll just wait for it to come down a bit in a sale in a year or 2. Cancelled my sub altogether, and gave the price increase as the reason

Seems like a decent enough month this month! Persona, Banishers and Time at. I've not played any of these but have heard good things about them all so its gotta be worth the price of entry haha

I only bought Persona 5 the other day too as there was a good offer on CDkeys, so that's annoying. I guess I'll skip on that basis

I've enjoyed what I've played of My time at Sandrock. That said the multiplayer is a bit disappointing TBH.

Fancy trying out a WWE game and also the Destiny 2 stuff.

Actually not the version of Spellforce I thought it was though...

Monkey Island for sure and Eastern Exorcist I will play.

In retrospect I will probably just grab Monkey and EE keys unless my lad wants WWE.
