Simracers - RTX 5080 Performance

Hi all,

How is the performance of the RTX 5080 with triple 1440's when sim racing?

I'm planning a sim racing computer 9800x3d and the RTX5080 /5090. 5090 is a lot more expensive and I get it will perform better than the 5080.

Main games will be
Euro truck / American truck sim
ACC competizione
ACC evo
Rennsport
LMU

Did you buy a RTX 5080? I've just upgraded to triple 1440p monitors for LMU and my 3070ti is fighting for its life

Triple 1440p is only 11.04m pixels so a 5080 will easily be able to handle that

What hz are they? should be good for 120fps if you don't go daft with the MSAA

Thanks for the info. My monitors are Samsung Odyssey G5, 180hz.

totally different context but i have 3 165hz 1440p samsung oddyssey g5
not for sim racing and probably a different model and usage but yeah im glad to be in a club of people also using multiple g5s i actually really like mine

Only just got mine a week ago but very impressed so far, managed to hit lucky and catch a sale.

one of mine was a b grade from ocuk a few weeks ago i did hte send an offer thing and yeah im now sat in front of it
i find my 9070xt seems to have no problem with them but i only use the 34" wide for gaming on the rest are for music production where i have so many different elements open and for web browsing and stuff
but anyway sorry ive dragged it off topic wildly lol
