Hmm that is curious. My first 2 years was rock solid throughout, last 6 months hasn’t been so good for sure.Its a good service, but recently in Manchester I have been having more and more down time, or blips in service and when I work from home most of the time it can be really annoying....

Currently paying £22.50 for 900mb up and down. Their website says it's £35 for the same speeds.
Can you play the Virgin Media game, call their bluff and get a better deal etc?

I wasn’t attributing it to the service just yet as I upgraded to 2gig and at the same time changed some other things to support it.
Whenever it blips though the solution is turn off/on the ONT so am inclined to think it could well be service related…

brsk website states you'll get an info email from your current provider when you give them the account details. But Aquiss are saying the service only sends that email once they get a date from the new provider.
And you can't proceed on the brsk website unless you enter a contract end date and tick this box.
