Summer Transfer Window 25/26 *Sponsored by Bigpig*

Its an utterly stupid clause as you wouldn't be able to prove in court that a player wasn't giving their all. Even if you had all sorts of stats to "prove" it, you wouldn't get anywhere.
easier with a striker though, expected goal stats, goals per 90 min historically etc

like that crap season he had when NUFC bought him

6 goals in 2155minutes lol, he clearly wanted to leave.

may as well put scharr up front and hope for 6 worldies

looks like he has history of forcing transfers

None of this would actually hold up in a court case though. Thats the point. You can be very sure of someones reasons but without actual proof there is nothing. Was he just off form? Nursing a niggle. Was he having trouble at home at the time. Were his teammates not performing.

Whether promises were made or not made he's under contract and should train and play no matter what.

Eze's been linked with other clubs, he's still playing.

I wouldn't touch Isak's attitude for any money now tbh.

£40m for someone that’s got 1 year left on his contract, granted Brentford have a years option
Brenford want their asking price + 10 million.

you can never match their asking fee.

Sad news for Wissa is, by time his contract is up in one years time NUFC might not even want him on a free

he probably knows it too, he should start playing, he tried to force a move he failed, makes no sense for Brentford to let him run down his contract either.

As is Gheui. Palace even hinted they may leave but were still giving there all etc

40mill for someone thst scored just as many open play goals as isak with 2 years left on his deal, Brentford should ask for over 60mill
Probably the reason we’re asking for £150m for Isak, someone that’s 3 years younger, 3 years on his contract and one of the best strikers in the world.

Might aswell ask for 300, both are amounts no one is paying. Weren't u saying 200 originally though?

Gheui is completely different. He's said he wants a move but is perfectly happy to stay and play out his last year. Of course his attitude is to give his best whilst he does it.

Wissa will too as he'll see any number of clubs that might bid for him in the winter or next summer as a good move for him.

Isak has burned a lot of bridges to try to force through what he sees as a once in a career move. I don't ever see him getting back to where he was with Newcastle or Newcastle to get back with him, especially the fan base, and nobody should expect him to either. It's gone way too far for that and there's nothing good for anyone there even if he tried. If he's still there after the window shuts he'll just be putting his head down and trying to stay uninjured and looking for any route out of there.

If I am Newcastle owner I would put Isak in the reserve for 3 years, swallow the loss in PSR.

If a man can’t be a man and live up to his words, or in this case, the contract he signed. He will not play any football in his prime footballing years.

Some people need to learn a lesson the hard way.

Along the way, not pay him because he refuse to play, I suspect there is a clause in the contract that he has to turn up for training to actually get paid.

Are you in charge at Newcastle? cos this a reasonable synopsis of their analysis of the situation it seems.

You missed the bit out about trying to sign other players for less than their valuations though whilst making a big song and dance about your own.

Should be fine, the club has already said he is welcome to be brought back to the team if he wants right? No bridges burned :)
Well realistically based on there window so far I doubt they will get a striker let alone 2.

Gordan isn’t good enough to lead the line for them so if they don’t sell him they will have to get him back in team as they don’t have goals otherwise

But sure fans will show there love xD
