I pre-ordered. I want to play on day 1.

It's not very often I will pre-order a game, but this is just too big to be ignored! The Borderlands franchise is my favourite.

It may not be 100% when it launches but I would rather just go for it than wait for reviews. The reviews will be game-play oriented to start, anyway. Whether the story and humour are good, well, I'm not waiting that long to find out!

Yeh, i hear you, i have to enter it like 19 times for every code, as i have all the borderlands games, to add to that, i have them on multiple platforms as well, so i choose to enter code on all platforms regardless, just in case i get games on other platforms.

After buying Borderlands 3 at launch and it running like dog poo, I’m not buying BL4 until it gets a few patches at least.

Yet people are happy to preorder and pay for something that might be junk before even waiting to see. Just doesn't make sense to me. I used to love a pre-order. It meant you'd get the disc on release day, there were only so many. There is absolutely NO reason to preorder now in 2025, hasn't been for a long time.

OOooooh you some random skin crap that nobody even uses. Save your money, give it to devs who actually deserve it.

If this reviews well, I'll buy the most expensive version but NOT until it's shown that the devs have:-

1: put effort in
2: not trying to push some weird agenda
3: actually squashed most bugs (I don't expect perfection, I'm not an idiot, I know that with the amount of configs there will be issues, it's not 1996)
4: are not removing content to then later charge you for extra ***** that should have been included
 
Very on the fence about this one, always jumped at a Borderlands/spin offs but BL3 was the most 5/10 game I can think of... is there anything to change the formula or mix it up in 4?
 
I've pre-ordered this, I understand people's reasons for not doing this, but for me it's a game I'm definitely going to buy on day 1 and want to play on day 1 regardless of it's state.

If I'm going to buy it on release anyway, it doesn't really make sense not pre-ordering and getting the additional crap with it, even if I won't use it long.
