1. The interface is ridiculously cluttered, you have to just search for everything manually, the concept of artists/albums/songs is lost in the noise.
2. There is no concept of quality or source control, most search results are extremely variable quality audio, often just snippets of videos or worse, videos that have been transcoded a trillion times, with Apple Music, Spotify etc, I pretty much know the source recording is an actual recording in a fixed format from an original source..
3. It returns a million different versions of each song in the results, which is a sign of it pulling from every YT music video ever uploaded for that song.
I find it the worst option from Apple, Spotify, Tidal, Deezer etc, they seem to host original songs from original sources in a known quality and have more focussed UIs.
Each to their own, I literally can't abide YT Music, the number of well recorded original source tracks seems tiny and anyone used to any form of 'organisation' just gets lost (that's using the web interface as well as Android App).
I'm happy to be shown I'm using it wrong, if there is a way to get a proper organised interface and access to only good quality source original recordings, please let me know!
