Except that's not what she said. She said she did not have any reason to believe that he had been killed in a bid to silence him. That doesn't discount being killed by another inmate for other reasons.

Can't just claim something with zero proof. It's just accusations until something official is revealed (the files etc)

Trump has made the mistake of calling this a democrat hoax which might not have been the best turn of phrase in the circumstances as it effectively says that all the women outside are liars and not victims of sexual abuse. Not sure hows that's gonna play out Donnie.

I kinda got to agree here... There will be some people with a grudge who will just chuck a famous name into the list and, like #metoo and #believe :rolleyes: there will be no real way to combat it... Once your name is out there, it gets the "no smoke without fire" idiocy attached to it regardless if the person is wholly innocent.

This isn't just one victim speaking out its many, so if multiple people finger the same person and the stories make sense with regards to known documents including manifests etc.......

So your saying a bunch of women who are putting together a list, can't collaborate? And there won't be a few bad eggs in the bunch?
Sorry but proof is needed further than just claims.
There needs to be something outside of the groups control (although I'm not clued up on what is already out there)

It would be a horrible thing to lie about....but...

You are not unreasonably arguing for due process.
Unfortunately that's not something that Trump and his government are 100% committed to .Only when it suits them.

There will never be any trials. Statute of limitations passed years ago. I doubt they could even sue for the same reason. Putting out a list might be the only thing they can do.
