B850M D3HP has 4 DIMM slots (so you don't have to junk that memory), PCI-E 5.0 graphics and a heatsink on the VRM, maybe a compromise option. DS3H is better still, but nearly the same price as the Eagle, so...
I think is important to consider what the goal is here, do you just want the best performance "for now", with the possibility of junking it later, or do you want this upgradeable for the next 3-5 years? If the latter, then I'd just spend the extra, unless money is very tight.
Deffo don't spend that much, you can get 32GB for £10 at OCUK.
If the DS3H is the better option then I will go for that, no problem. Seems to be the same sort of price anyway
