Good advice, there seems to be loads of mesh cases on the market these days. I stumbled on the Antec AX26 which I can't find any reviews for, but it looks decent enough
I always recommend Montech cases. You could look at the air 100 if you want a smaller case for £40/£50 I think. For a bigger case, the montech air 903 is incredible value at around £60 for the argb version

From a quick look, the ASRock has a 6+1+1 VRM, with a heatsink, 2x RAM slots, 2.5 Gb LAN, 2x M.2 slot (1x PCI-E 5.0) and PCI-E 4.0 graphics.
The D3HP has a 5+2+2 VRM, with a heatsink, 4x RAM slots, 1 Gb LAN, 2x M.2 slot (1x PCI-E 5.0) and PCI-E 5.0 graphics.
The DS3H has a 8+2+2 VRM, with a heatsink, 4x RAM slots, 2.5 Gb LAN, 2x M.2 slot (1x PCI-E 5.0) and PCI-E 5.0 graphics.
Didn't check USB ports, display out, sound, etc.

that's the mx r1.0, the r2.0 has pcie 5 to the gpu too

It can definitely help if you buy the wrong card and run out of VRAM with limited PCIE lanes, though, nothing can really save you in that circumstance

honestly the only budget card i would consider now is the 3060 12gb
the next step up would be the 9060xt 16gb
It's an awful lot of case for the money and comes with 4 140mm fans but it is a big case. An matx board will look lost in it....I'm looking at the Montech AIR 903 MAX now and yep, that looks good. The budget do be shooting up though

it won't hurt the upgrade path as it's AM5, and will support the next round of AM5 chips
the b650m hdv/m.2 was the budget b650 board to get before b850 released
that's a step down from the b650m hdv/m.2 though
(but with that being said, it'll still run a 7600 no issues...)

that's their b850 boards, and no, i believe their latest bios updates fixed the overvoltage issues already...and it was the 9000 X3D chips that were affected IIRC
