Will watch later but have no desire or need to upgrade from my 15 Pro.

What exactly do people generally expect from these things? Can't imagine watching an event about minor iterative updates to stuff.

Its been so **** poor recently I would have still been on my 12 if I hadn't won another phone, still on my series 7 on the watch front so hoping theres at least something new and shiney thats worth buying...

I won't be watching live, but I'll catch up on the event later this evening.

Everything in my Apple ecosystem is fine as it is*, except my S4 watch is starting to show its age. If I do any kind of activity, the battery won't last a day.

So I'm tempted to get the S11 (or maybe get an S10, assuming they're discounted and the difference in spec is negligible).

I've been considering switching to a Garmin watch for the longer battery life and better activity tracking, but I have a Stockholm syndrome relationship with Apple, so I keep second-guessing myself.

*My 2015 Macbook Pro is just about hanging in, but I use it so rarely that it's not worth the multi-thousand-pound 'investment' to upgrade it.

My AirPod Pro 1s have the buzzing issue when on volume over 20% so new pros are a day 1 buy as been saving off getting Pros 2 for them.

Any chance of a new iPhone mini on the horizon? My daughter's phone is on the way out, but says the normal iPhone is too big!

The S10 watch is really good. I’ve had an S3 and an SE and bought an S10 on offer from AO. Think it was about £230. It’s superb. Would definitely recommend if you can pick one up at the right money.

Still on my 15 Pro but eyeing up the 17 Air. Already got a case for it coming today to get the feel of the size vs the Pro. I did have a 15 Pro Max but sold that as it was a bit too big. Hopefully the Air is a good middle ground, but fingers crossed that battery is not a deal breaker.

I did look at the S10 last year, but it didnt really give me anything over the S7, really hoping the S11 changes that..

Iphone air is rumored but its still around a 6 inch screen IIRC.
air is just thin nothing else about it, still massive.

I struggle with the 15p size, keyboard is a fight I've been fighting for 2 years now. I'm half tempted by 17 PM but the size is something I'm unsure about.. they're chunky.

wish apple stopped being annoying and allowed me to have a decent alternative keyboard that doesn't lag - google, swift etc all seem to lag or crash and default apple one pops up. It's been years!! :)

Would the Pro 3 airbus be announced at this event or is that separate.
My 14pm still runs fine so new one would have to show something.

I've read that the Airpods Pro 3 (if that's what you meant) are going to be shown but only with added heart-rate monitor. No new H chip so no improvements to audio quality or noise cancellation.

My 14PM has just been replaced by AppleCare+, as always interested to see what Apple can spin things we don’t really need/want with innovation, while adding things that competitors have been doing for years and flouting them as ‘new’ and ‘groundbreaking’

Expectations are:

Marginally better display
Marginally better battery life
Swap to cheaper materials while paying the same price
More memory which should have been a thing in 2023
Some actual AI stuffs that was flouted for 16
